Moving From Culture to Clay

The morning before Setha Low’s show opened at the Crazy Monkey Gallery in Amagansett, the sculptor and newcomer to the East End art scene arrived at the gallery with a trunk-load of clay pots, ceramic bodices, and wall hangings all suggestive of ancient cultures, but strikingly modern in their form.
